The toll booths of the old Dolomite railway, unused since 1964, have been put up for sale. On November 26th, three small service buildings located in the municipality of Pieve di Cadore, in the province of Belluno, will be auctioned off. The Dolomite railway has already been completely dismantled. Following the bankruptcy of the Svic spa company, the last owner of the assets of the Dolomite railway, the toll booths will now be sold by auction, one of which is located in Roccolo and has a surface area of 43 square meters and 200 cubic meters: its starting price is 22 thousand euros. The second toll booth for sale is located in Ronchi and its starting auction price is 17 thousand euros. Then there is the old Sottocastello station, located near the city center and made up of two buildings: its base price is 60 thousand euros. And finally the former Tai di Cadore station, made up of two buildings, the lot considered the most attractive and whose base price is 83 thousand euros. The real estate for sale is subject to a particular urban destination, relating to the forestry restriction to which the area is subject. Those interested in purchasing must submit their upward offers by 1pm on November 25th.
