Villa Adele in Abano Terme is an elegant Neo-Gothic style building surrounded by a majestic park of approximately 17,000 m2. which is accessed via a beautiful stone staircase.
It was built as a residence in 1889, as evidenced by the date set on the "Palladian" floor in the Main Hall and transformed in the 1950s into a Thermal Establishment to which the famous "Ra-Stua" dance hall was subsequently added.

LOT 2 - Masseria Mocenigo
Rural house – period of 18th century construction (building existing in 1809 - with total sediment) located in the Municipality of Abano Terme in Via Strada Romana (Provincial Road 2) corner with Via Stazione, now used as a stable, barn and agricultural warehouse.
It occupies an area of approximately 22,000 m2.
Subsequent interventions:
the building, the result of the eighteenth-century expansion of an ancient pre-existence, saw the restructuring of the western part in the post-war period.
The infills of some arches should be dated to the same period, while the space under the west portico was created after the Second World War.
Recently the small existing volume to the east was enlarged and a shed was built on the back of the stable.
This is a building of historical and environmental interest bound by the Regional Law. 58/78, with the following intervention methods envisaged by the PRG of the Municipality of Abano Terme:

Agricultural land of approximately 160,000 m2. cultivated with corn, barley and soya, bordering Via Diaz and Strada Romana SP2, in front of the roundabout connecting with the new link road towards Padua, close to which the new Alì shopping center was built.
