Senior Real Estate Consultants
The Grimaldi Group, leader of the Italian real estate market for over 60 years, selects the best Real Estate talents to place them in the territorial offices of Padua, and Province.
The figures sought are Real estate consultants who deal with:
- Supervise the assigned area by implementing all the actions necessary for the acquisition of information on the availability of properties, for sale or for rent;
- Proactively collaborate in all preparatory activities for the management of mandates for the marketing of properties for residential use and tertiary;
- Carry out inspections in order to find all the information necessary for an adequate analysis and economic-financial evaluation of real estate transactions;
- Analyze the technical, legal and fiscal documentation relating to the properties;
- Carry out market analyzes aimed at estimating the value of properties;
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers;
- Collaborate with all sectors and divisions of the Company, also promoting synergies with other Group Companies.
It requires:
- At least three years' experience;
- Excellent knowledge of the real estate market of Padua and its province;
- Registration for the former role of Business Agents in Mediation;
- Relational standing, dynamism, result orientation, ability to work in a team.

Junior Real Estate Consultants
Grimaldi Immobiliare is looking for two ambitious and motivated junior real estate consultants for the territorial offices of Padua and the Province, to be included in a dynamic and highly training environment.
The Consultants will be responsible for supporting the Senior Consultants in carrying out the preparatory activities for the marketing of residential and commercial properties.
- Management of acquisition and sales processes;
- Creation and maintenance of relationships to support customers throughout the entire negotiation process;
- Support in carrying out activities dedicated to brand development.
Requirements:
- Registration as a former Real Estate Agent or about to obtain the qualification
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent relational standing
- Knowledge of the English language
Having gained experience, even brief, in the real estate sector will be an advantage.
