The role of condominium administrator has in the past (and is still today) entrusted to people of good will, both internal and external to the condominium, without however adequate knowledge of the subject. To remedy this situation, the CNEL is studying a bill that would make it mandatory for aspiring administrators to participate in training and refresher courses organized by trade associations. In fact, currently a simple high school diploma is sufficient to be able to carry out the delicate task. This was announced on the website caseonline.it. It must be said, to be fair, that administrators' associations have been organizing training and refresher courses for some time but what is missing is greater visibility of these professional training opportunities. Anaci, for example, one of the main administrators' associations, organizes a professional course in collaboration with Arpe also to offer a contribution to youth employment
