The situation is repeated almost unchanged in the historic centers of many Italian cities, large and small, where the availability of a garage can really make the difference, in terms of both quality of life and the value of the property. . The price ranking is led by Florence, where a garage in the heart of the Medici districts can cost up to 5 thousand euros per square meter, but even in other large cities the value remains high and fluctuates between three and 4 thousand euros per meter. Considering an indicative size of around 16 square metres, a garage can cost up to 80-90 thousand euros.
