From next September 1st, the initial compilation of the boiler booklet and the central booklet, as well as subsequent updates, can also be carried out on computer support, with methods that ensure that each individual booklet is printable on paper.
This is the innovation introduced by the ministerial decree which requires all home and condominium owners to change - from next September 1st - the documents relating to single and centralized boilers. This was made known by Confbuilding, recalling that the system booklet required for heating systems with a nominal power of less than 35kW must be kept in the real estate unit in which the system is located, while the central booklet concerns heating systems with a nominal power greater than or equal to 35kW and must be kept in the building where the system is located. The new plant and power plant booklets - which also contain the relevant legislation to be observed and the instructions for filling them in - are already available from the territorial associations of the Confbuilding, present in all the provincial capitals and major centres.
