U.S. existing home sales rose 3% in January to 6.09 million units, setting a new record. These are the data released a little while ago by the Association of Real Estate Operators, according to which the sales were fueled by the particularly low level of interest rates.
Investors, then, see houses as a safer haven for their capital also considering the uncertainties linked to the war.
