The Council of Ministers has approved the Budget law for 2018 which must pass through the Chambers by 20 October. The text is not yet available, but the first rumors have confirmed the extensions of the ecobonus and the dry tax, while the renewal of the tax deductions for renovations and the furniture bonus is still in doubt. New is the introduction of the green bonus.

Budget law 2018 building renovation A few days ago Delrio announced a possibility multi-year extension of the renovation bonus, while no information had been given regarding the furniture bonus. In the first rumors there is no news regarding the two bonuses.
Budget law 2018 ecobonus -As announced by Delrio, the maneuver guarantees the extension of the ecobonus for five years in favor of condominiums. For 2018 the tax deduction has been confirmed (50% and no longer 65%) for windows or condensing boilers, but also extended to those incapable for the transfer of credit. We are thinking of linking the percentage of deduction to the energy efficiency objective actually achieved
sismabonus 2018 - the tax deduction for anti-seismic adaptation and improvement interventions will also apply to static certifications of buildings not followed by works

dry coupon extension 2018 - According to government sources, cited by Ansa, there would be confirmation of the flat rate tax in the Budget law. The 10% tax break was introduced by the Housing Plan for agreed rents, with a duration of four years starting from 2014 and until 31 December 2017.
