The brick arrives at the end of the cycle

The current contradictory interest rate situation (stop increases in
USA, further upward adjustments expected in Europe) makes the terrain macroeconomic
increasingly difficult to decipher for those savers who want to explore it
to understand whether it is better to stay in stocks rather than bonds
or monetary. The easier it is to learn the art of selecting individual stocks
within individual asset classes, such as stock identification
undervalued.Obviously, those who hold government bonds until maturity can
largely ignore interest rate expectations. In bonds, the
average saver can also avoid taking currency risks, as demonstrated
the burning experience of those who had bet on the Icelandic crown. Who else
part has taken out variable rate debt to purchase the house and cannot
overlook the macro picture too much, because this has effects on the
installments to be paid. Installments which, however, remain even lighter than the previous ones
would have to be paid if a mortgage had been chosen at the time
fixed rate. This reassures up to a certain point, because it becomes a lean one
satisfaction when the installment becomes so heavy to put in
questioning its sustainability, in the presence of employee income
stagnant. And so here is the most urgent question: what are the effects of
rise in euro rates on the real estate market? In the USA, after 17 increases in
official essay, the signs of weakness are visible. In Italy the segment
families-homes is still little indebted and therefore shows a certain
solidity with respect to rising rate scenarios, while it raises more concerns
the sector of large operators, who use financial leverage on assets
instrumental and which in the favorable situation of recent years have
achieved staggering capital gains. Also because on the operation of these
subjects the blow of the encore maneuver struck. Two exogenous shocks of
this extent - increase in the cost of money and transfer taxes
- they can put an end to the great expansive cycle of the brick.
