Also in the Veneto region, after Milan and Rome, in the headquarters of the Triveneto Area Commercial Management, the GRIMALDI TRAINING SCHOOL has been active since this month.
In the new premises in Padua Galleria Porte Contarine 4, completely renovated and with a panoramic view of the city of the Saint, there is space for the commercial offices, the Grimaldi Data Bank processing center, and a room intended for training courses of the entire Grimaldi Group, operating in the Triveneto area. The setup was created by Data Video, a company specialized in the creation of conference rooms, computer classrooms, solutions for audio, video projection and video surveillance.
The classroom can accommodate up to 50 people for traditional information and/or educational meetings, using the most sophisticated audio/video equipment; 18-20 student places for computer courses with 12 Pentium IV 2,400 Mhz computers, 512 Mb of RAM 2 HD with Windows 2000 Professional and 2 teacher PCs with dedicated classroom management and control software which will allow you to: · Distribute the teacher's or any student's screen to the entire class;
· View all the students' screens one by one to monitor the progress of the work;
· Online chat in written form;
· Lock the student PC screen, keyboard and mouse for one or more computers;
· Disconnect, shutdown, restart all computers with a simple command;
· Distribution and collection of files;
· Remote control of the student computer to assist him in difficulties, sharing mouse and keyboard;
· File Manager for moving, cloning, synchronizing files;
· Highlight, underline part of the student PC screen during a demonstration session and remote control. The room is also equipped with an Aethra “VEGA” videoconferencing device, for real-time audio/video communications (connection of up to 3 basic accesses - 6 ISDN lines) with other users equipped with similar equipment all over the world.
The courses already planned and aimed at managers, officials and secretaries of the Grimaldi "meeting points" in the Triveneto area will deal with technical, legal, regulatory, legal and specialist topics such as: · sales techniques;
· operational marketing;
· communication techniques;
· human resources management;
· management analysis;
· basic IT;
· advanced IT;
