The rise in home mortgages in the United States does not stop.
In fact, the real estate loan sector seems to have returned to full health in the USA, thanks to the recent decline in market rates. The decline has favored the use of this type of instrument, also in terms of refinancing existing loans. The index relating to the number of financing requests has in fact risen in the last week by 15.6%, to 817.3 points and more specifically, refinancing requests have grown by 19.9% to 3,005.5 points.
The data is a positive sign for the US real estate market, which has been predicted several times as being on the verge of a trend reversal which, however, never occurred.
