And in particular, among the best are the French shares Unibail which have gained almost 50% since the beginning of the year, Klepierre (+27%) and Gecina (+25%). Word of Alberto Segafredo, manager of Euromobiliare. Unibail's real estate portfolio is made up of 90% of shopping centers and offices and 10% of exhibition spaces. The success of the transalpine giant is linked to the rents of the shopping centers which are periodically renovated to increase revenues.
