Since 2021, Barbara Daniele has been the Manager of the historic Grimaldi Real Estate Agency in Padua Center and, in over 30 years of valuable activity, she has contributed directly and with great professionalism to the development of the Grimaldi brand, supporting Renzo Cazzin in all the activities carried out over the years.
Barbara Daniele's professional history is a growth path built over time, made up of skills, vision and passion for the real estate world. She joined Grimaldi in 1995, in Renzo Cazzin's team, starting from a role as commercial secretary. He immediately demonstrated a strong predisposition for sales, combined with curiosity and a spirit of initiative, elements that became the common thread throughout his career.
Year after year, Barbara transformed her operational experience into solid coordination and leadership skills, reaching the role of coordinator of the Grimaldi headquarters in Padua and, subsequently, of the entire Veneto Group.
At the same time he develops distinctive skills in marketing, communication and graphics, contributing in 1998 to the creation of the first Veneto real estate magazine, a pioneering project that anticipates a new way of describing the real estate market.
Barbara's professional growth is supported by continuous training, constant discussion and support from Renzo Cazzin, but above all by a strong personal drive towards evolution. In 2011 he officially consolidated his path by becoming a real estate agent, obtaining the business agent license in mediation and brilliantly passing the double qualifying exam.
Since 2015 she has been putting her know-how at the service of the Grimaldi Group as a trainer at national level, contributing to the development of skills, method and professional culture.
Since 2021 he has been Manager of the historic Grimaldi Real Estate Agency in Padua: a role that represents not only a goal, but the natural expression of a path started from the bottom and built with coherence, competence and vision.
