On the occasion of the National Grimaldi Conference in Sorrento on 18 March 2000, the Grimaldi family awarded Renzo Cazzin a prestigious award:
“in recognition of the entrepreneurial merits acquired in the ever-constant development of one's business"

Also on that occasion, Renzo Cazzin was appointed to:
“develop the Grimaldi franchising network in the Triveneto area.
This strategy allows us to activate 25 new affiliations in just five years, selecting people who are already experts in the mediation sector, with the right ambition and ready to face new challenges.
The objective is to stand out from the mass of real estate agencies in the area and manage a prestigious brand in a professional and correct way.
Professionals who become gods followers of the promoter of this initiative.
In addition to a training school in the conference room of the Grimaldi Franchising Triveneto Directorate activated for the occasion, which provides approximately 120 hours of training every year on operational and management topics, Renzo Cazzin created a common database of the Grimaldi Triveneto Group, encouraging exchanges between the various affiliates which made it possible to increase per capita revenues by approximately 20%.
What we know today as MLS (Multiple Listing Service) Renzo Cazzin has been promoting since 2000, thanks to a management software developed by Cazzin himself with the support of Barbara Daniele, an expert in graphic art and passionate about IT.
In collaboration with a software house in Milan, they created a tailor-made tool, taking advantage of the in-depth knowledge of all facets of the real estate brokerage activity.
