# Year 1986

Renzo Cazzin inherits from the Grimaldi family the management of the Padua Real Estate Agency, then called "Punto d'Incontro Grimaldi", bringing into this new entrepreneurial initiative the wealth of skills gained in over fourteen years of activity.

 

An experience initially developed as a salesman, sales inspector and area manager at important national companies such as Pavesi, Motta Alemagna and Superpila, and subsequently as Italian Sales Director of Morellato Spa.
