#  The Umbrian real estate market is growing strongly

**Over the last few years, bricks have also proved to be an excellent safe haven in Umbria where there has been a growing turnover of 18.6%, so much so that it is close to 1200 million euros, almost double the national average.
Over the last three years the real estate market has seen a growth of 36% in terms of sales and 58% in turnover. This is what emerges from the first report on the real estate market in Umbria held in Perugia, promoted by ANCE.
A systematic study but also a snapshot of the market in the region. With the demand for houses, prices per square meter have risen, both in the city and in the suburbs; thanks also to the demand for rent, the possibility of investing in residences that provide a high income (around 600 euros per month for a studio apartment) and thanks to the presence of an increasing student population.
Even foreigners who prefer Umbria for tourism lead to an increase in investment in brick, mostly destined for renovated rural houses (this slice of business from foreign buyers alone is estimated at 30 million euros a year).
A positive trend therefore for Umbria and with good probability destined to consolidate itself in the future.**

Con la richiesta di case, sono lievitati i prezzi al metro quadrato, sia in città sia in periferia; grazie anche alla richiesta degli affitti, alle possibilità di investimenti sui residence che danno un alto reddito (600 euro al mese circa per un monolocale) e grazie alla presenza di una popolazione studentesca in aumento. Anche gli stranieri che preferiscono l'Umbria per turismo, portano a un incremento dell' investimento nel mattone, per lo più destinato alle case rurali ristrutturate (questa fetta di business solo da parte di acquirenti stranieri è stimabile in 30milioni di euro l'anno).
